For all our tests you’ll need a sample collection kit to be delivered to your home so that you can collect and return your sample to us for analysis.
In summary:
- All of our kits are shipped via Royal Mail’s special delivery service (see below for more information). Please note that you will need to sign for this package
- Postal kit orders can only be shipped to an address within the United Kingdom
- Our working days are Monday to Friday
Additional info regarding our postal service:
All orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be posted out same day (excluding Public & Bank Holidays). For example, a postal kit ordered before 1pm on a Friday will not arrive until the following Monday.
Royal Mail’s special delivery service aims to deliver next day up to 1pm, Monday to Friday, however this is not guaranteed. As it’s a speical delivery item, the package will need to be signed for. Sadly it can not be left in a safe place or be re-directed to a different address.
* Some postcodes may have an extended delivery time e.g. Northern Ireland and the Highlands & Islands of Scotland. We are also unable to deliver to BFPO addresses at this time. Should there be any industrial action against Royal Mail which causes disruption to the delivery service, My Baby Company cannot not be held responsible for any late arrival of online orders.
