For all our tests you’ll need a sample collection kit to be delivered to your home so that you can collect and return your sample to us for analysis.
In summary:
- All of our kits are designed to fit through your letterbox so there is no need to wait in for your delivery.
- Postal kit orders can only be shipped to an address within the United Kingdom.
- Our working days are Monday to Friday.
Additional info regarding our postal service:
All orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be posted out same day (excluding Public & Bank Holidays). For example, a postal kit ordered before 1pm on a Friday will not arrive until the following Monday.
Our postal kits are despatched using Royal Mail’s tracked postage services. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 24 hours* of dispatch (Monday to Friday), however this cannot be guaranteed.
* Some postcodes may have an extended delivery time e.g. Northern Ireland and the Highlands & Islands of Scotland. We are also unable to deliver to BFPO addresses at this time. Should there be any industrial action against Royal Mail which causes disruption to the delivery service, My Baby Company cannot not be held responsible for any late arrival of online orders.
